Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Report The offshore bottomfishing is still good for scamp, vermillion snapper, white snapper, triggerfish, grouper and sometimes amberjack. A 10 hour is a good trip to experience catching some of these tasty fish. These fish can be caught fall, winter, spring and summer. Many of the captains are in the Woods hunting but there are still a few of us that are still fishing nearshore and offshore.
