Sportfishing Orange Beach Alabama August has arrived and so have the offshore fishing. An awesome amount of white marlin were released last weekend during a billfish tournament. A few blue marlin, tuna and sailfish were also caught. Many of these fish were caught within 50 miles from shore and can be caught on a full day trip. Come join us for some offshore big game sportfishing off the Alabama gulf coast. The 4, 6 and 8 hour nearshore trolling for mackerel and bottomfishing for red snapper has been good. We have enjoyed having many happy families with us on the Getaway. 12 hour bottomfishing charters are still producing red snapper, grouper, scamp, triggerfish, amberjack, vermillion snapper and much more. I still have available dates in mid August. Do not forget the fall and winter fishing for bull redfish beginning in late October.

Tight Lines,

Capt. Don McPherson
