The STRIPER Bite is now starting

Guide Steve Olomon said the water temperature is in the mid-60s and rising. Stripers are hitting live bait and swim baits; if you mark some suspended be sure to drop a jigging spoon. At night throw a Rogue up to the bank and reel it back slowly. You want it to slowly wobble side to side. There are a few coming up early chasing baitfish. Throw a top water like a Zara Spook, soft jerkbait or a Cordell Redfin. Bass will come up and hit these baits also.
