BARRILLETE OR MEXICAN SKIPJACK - A few mixed in with the tuna. PARGO AND CABRILLA - Fair action near Punta Colorada ... OFFSHORE: With few billfish to play with most of the fleet has focused on the Tuna and dorado. ... INSHORE: Smaller tuna and dorado continue to provide the best action for the fleet ... BEACH: Early morning and early evening after the sun drops behind the mountains is the best time to be on the bead for roosters and jacks. ...
