Bones, Pomps and More

Stuart

Finally, starting to see some pompano come inshore after a slow winter. Along with the pomps in the flats, look for bonefish which will hit either shrimp or pompano jigs. Black drum bite has been very slow at the area bridges. Some sheepshead around at the structures. This is the time of year we begin our livebaiting trips for Snook, jacks and tarpon. There trips require a 7am departure so we can purchase baits on the water. Live bait trips are ideal up to 3 anglers.
