Its been an up and down month so far. Things just started to get going in the Fall mode when the warm spell came and the water temps went back to Summer levels. The albies showed up about when due and were starting to bunch up and start eating like they should. It got warmer and they got fussier. Some days it was OK and others you couldn't buy a bite. Todays trip showed some promise with good numbers readily taking flies. With the upcoming cold spell, that should get the baitfish moving out bringing the start of the Fall run.
Tight Lines,
Capt. Sandy Noyes
