Its been a long winter

We launched the boat this morning and took it for a short test run.I brought along a spinning rod mainly because that's all the equipment that I have ready at this moment. Everything worked just like its supposed to. I made two quick stops and after a few casts had a couple of bass between five and eight pounds.I left to return home and start putting fly rods together. Next time out we'll be serious about it.
