The Race is the hot spot !

Just got back from the Race after being chased off the water by the T-storms. Jeff Haines and crew were catching fish on every drift Three-waying swim baits just before the front arrived and forced us to leave em biting. Bass made up most of the catch, but bluefish to 8lbs. mixed in as well.On the way back we came across hundreds of dogfish finning on the surface!Never saw anything like it. Wed. evening we used live eels to catch bass to 41". Fishing was excellent, we caught our limit in short order and released numerous fish from 30"- 38".
