Weekend of 7/30

Fri. mornining's trip to Southwest Ledge (Block Island) landed 3 TROPHY Stripers 45"-48" using live eels on spinning gear. Numbers of blue's were also landed. Fri's pm trip started with some fluke fishing that produced a couple keepers. A short run to the Race resulted in finding LARGE numbers of blue's mixed with good numbers of keeper bass up to 33". Sat./Sun trips were the same, Tons of birds, Blue's, and some 28"-40" bass on both trips. Diamond jigging, live eels, and trolling chutes have been most productive.
