Here in Crystal River our deeper flats have come alive. Spotted Sea Trout is our main target out there in the 6-10' of water range over seagrass. We're throwing fast sinking mirrolure lil johns on 1/8th oz jig heads. Lots of good sized fish right now with some coming in over 20". Closer to shore tomorrow marks the last day of snook season so we'll be focusing on redfish more the next few months. Working the outer islands with live shrimp or live pinfish has been productive.
