This striper and hybrid report fishing report has been brought to you exclusively by Robert Eidson of First Bite Guide Service, 678-363-6260. www.firstbiteguideservice.com Lake Allatoona, Georgia email: [email protected]. Line sides fishing is good and the bait is still out over the river channel and so are the fish. Down lines are working best and the fish are deep the best bite is between 24 to 40 feet deep. Gizzard shad and thread fins are working best. Mid lake seems to be holding most of the bait and fish right now. If you want to catch a big fish try pulling big gizzard shad on flat lines and planner boards early morning near the dam. Trolling is still by far the best bite on the lake right now. The Mack Farr u-rig in all white can not be beat right now. Troll right in the middle of the river channel at a speed of 2.9 miles and hour. It's not as good as last week but still good
