August weather whether hot or cool brings some good fish.

Headed into the back bays this morning. Hit several redfish spots, no pun intended, catching a bunch of small fish. Don't know where the big ones went over the last few days while I was on vacation and then laid up nursing the knee I twisted fly fishing for trout in N. Georgia. {%image_id=11362%} {%image_id=11363%} It was a beautiful day with cool temps and a moving tide which made the bite so suprising. Small reds and small trout...hmmmmmmmm......have to keep after it. Went out to the ledges for the second half of the trip with some big beautiful ly's. We had over two hours of fish just about non stop. Spanish, blues and sharks. Had some nice fish in the boat and lost a lot of nice fish.
