Dirty water spanish in Panama City Florida

"4lb." was back on the boat today. He wanted a good pull. I saw a bunch of trout in a spot yesterday but the wind was all wrong for it this morning so we went spanish huntin'. The water in parts of the bay has been very brown the last week or so. We fished Camelback Shoal putting a few nice fish in the boat, but it slowed quick. I decided to look for a place with some green water. When we found such a spot I dropped the hook and started chumming. We immediately had action.
