Fall Red Snapper Season in Panama City, Florida

The state waters Red Snapper season will open in just a couple weeks here in Panama City. It will open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays starting Labor Day weekend and run thru the last Sunday in October. This is the best time of year to be fishing. The weather is usually very mild and most of the reef species are open this time of year. With that, there is a limited time to fish for them, so do not wait until the last minute to try to book a charter. Call early and get a day reserved.
