Fantastic Family Fishing in Panama City, FL

The fishing continues to be incredible. We are still catching limits of Red Snapper every time we target them. Several recent trips were catch and release only. On these trips I like to target the close inshore wrecks and reefs for Amberjack and Almaco Jack. These fish seem to be a lot heartier and can handle the catch and release with little to no effect on their health. {%image_id=39133%}{%image_id=39131%}{%image_id=39132%}{%image_id=39134%} The last trip we had some beautiful Black Snapper to go with our limit of Red Snapper. We could have sunk the boat with these huge Black Snapper…but we only keep a few to finish out a nice box of fish for these guys to take back home with them. The King Mackerel fishing is out of control right now. If we target them we will catch them. Even the kayakers are catching limits of kings off the sandbar. The fishing is great and will continue to be thru October. Capt. Todd Jones
