Florida Fishing Report for Panama City & Destin

Panama City/NW Florida Fishing has been good. A few trout and reds here and there but I think everyone agrees they took a major beating with the two red tides last year. Been having great luck with flounder and big spanish this year. Each day we have 5 or 6 over five pounds and some over six. Lots in the three pound range. On some of the sandy spots we have been getting some nice flounder, as big as five pounds this year. We also have caught some nice black snapper's the last few weeks. The bay grouper bite is on catching a few here and there. That bite should heat up next month. All in all fishing is good. JP
