Panama City Beach Cobia Fishing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

{%image_id=14945%}We absolutely smashed them today. Our fish in the picture went 42, 37, 53 lbs. Fun, fun, fun!!! We were 10 for 18 on hook ups but six of the lost fish were on the flyrod! We talked on the way in about how many we saw and the general # was around 40 fish. Stellar day. If you were cobia fishing today and didn't boat multiple fish, you may want to stick to something else. I hand friends in boats polling skiffs wacking on them. These fish are such a great sport fish, pull hard, masive head shakes,long runs, eager to eat anything, and violent once gaffed! They busted a rod. I smashed my own finger trying to get a gig out of one, and that fish was already in the box! We released alot of fish today and more people should.
