Panama City Beach Redfish Fly

Cooler mornings and lower tides have the Redfish in a feeding frenzy. Me and local Captain, Jason Giles had the day off and took full advantage. At the end of the tide the water was extremely low exposing numerous Redfish backs and tails. These fish were devouring anything that came in their paths. After watching the show for a bit we busted out the fly rods, caught a couple fish and took it to the house just in time to get my little girl from school. It was hard to leave Redfish swimming all around the boat, but I couldn't be late. Most of the fish we saw were in 4 to 8 inches of water and fly of the day was a shrimp pattern with gold. Enjoy the pics, Capt. Kyle Pitts.{%image_id=11603%}{%image_id=11602%}{%image_id=11601%}{%image_id=11600%}
