Panama City Beach Trout Fishing

Heavey winds and surf today. I couldn't fish the beach so we went inside. I found some good baits in one of my honey holes. Menhaden about the size of a pringles chip. Trout bite all morning was steady. If I had to guess we caught around 30 fish. Bad part of this is only 7 were keepers. Lots of babies and dinks. Hooked a few reds. Two broke off on a dock and one just came just flopped off at the boat. My two anglers were happy even though we had to fish in 20kt winds. Plenty of action. I miss the beach already.
