Today was opening day of early teal and wood duck season. We are fortunate to be one of the few states that has the priviledge to have this early season. I had a group of three guys, two of which from Vancouver Washiington here to visit thier duck hunting buddy stationed out at Tyndall AFB. We hunted a good spot seeing lot's of ducks. After they knocked the cobb webs off they managed to drop a mixed bag of teal and woodies totaling ten birds. Looks like we are going to have a fun next few days. Season ends on Wednesday. {%image_id=12082%} {%image_id=12083%} After the hunt we hit the bay for some fishing. Even though the water is nasty from all the rain up north and we have a significant amoung of fresh water running out of the bay we managed a few fish. Trout were biting early. We picked up some flounder and blues. Good day on the water. {%image_id=12084%} {%image_id=12085%}
