The inshore fishing has been ok lately. The reds and trout are still biting but the real action is still near shore. On a calm day you can take a flats boat just outside the pass and start trolling for kings, spanish, jacks, bonita.....etc. Capt. Todd and I have been pulling crank baits, spoons, soft plastics and a few bait rigs with good results. With the weather cooling down like it has been the fish have been pushing in closer to the beaches. The cooler weather also makes it a bit nicer for the fishermen too. Try to mix it up a little by pulling a lure or bait rig near the surface and a deeper trolling rig or spoon a few feet down. We have been getting bites on both. {%image_id=22636%} {%image_id=22635%} {%image_id=22634%} As always....good luck on the water. Capt. Rob Womble & Capt. Todd Jones

Tight Lines,
