The Redfish and Trout bite is comntinuing to be strong. Can't say it enough.....get shallow and stay quite. The Reds and bigger Trout like to hang out in the shallows near channels and deeper drops. The shallow water makes hunting bait easier for them. Down size on the line and leader if you can. Use a line to leader (about 12 inches) knot rather than a swivel. 1/8 oz gold spoons, Spook Junior top water plugs, mid water twitch baits and soft plastics are working well. On the fly fishing front we have been hammering the Reds with spoon fly's and foam back poppers. {%image_id=33730%} {%image_id=33729%} {%image_id=33728%} {%image_id=33727%} As always good luck on the water and in the woods.
