Redfish and trout hitting the flats.

Bobby and Mike hit the water with me at early thirty this morning. Mike had never caught a red so we headed to West Bay to see if we could change that. The wind was light and the no-see-ums where heavy but we braved them for a while until we caught some redfish. Bobby pulled on of an open flat while Mike got a 26" fish that was in a big school of about 20. We hit the flats, catching a bunch of small trout. Bobby put some voodoo on my rod which made me lose two nice fish. As with all that read my reports, every fish I ever lost was either a world record, or close. As Mike said, "I caught a fish that I thought had only one eye once til I walked around the other side and saw the second one". Yup, just like the one you caught that was so big he left a hole in the water. {%image_id=14856%} {%image_id=14857%}
