Spanish with a few cobia in Panama City Florida.

The spanish rolled into the bay with a vengence Tuesday. More bait and more spanish than I have seen in many years. Clark spoons, flies or bubble rigs, all did the job. There are some cobia showing up also. My client put a fly in front of a big fish today, he turned and followed, I told him to let it fall..the fish followed, then as if something spooked it he was gone. It was a large fish.
