Want to catch that big trout in Panama City Fl? Now is the time!

Over the next 20 days or so there will be a lot of big trout on the move. I don't think anyone will dispute that I am the guide that can put you on that once in a lifetime trout. Year after year there are 30 or more trout over 5lbs and many of those over 7lbs put on my boat. This is the time of the year when we catch them. There will be another window in June but that one will normally have smaller fish. If you don't believe me, ask Jimmy Cook who caught two fish, one over six and one over seven with me last May. We didn't get any 9lb fish last year but the year prior we had several. {%image_id=20656%} Along with the trout we find the redfish. The bay is full of spanish and we caught some blue runners (hard tails) today on the fly. Things are coming together quite nicely. The spring flounder run is still happening if you want some of those.
