Spotted Sea Trout Still Biting

It may be a result of our mild winter this year or maybe it's something else, but who cares ?? The bottom line is that the Spotted Trout are definitely hungry! Water temps. are in the low to mid 60's and the weather is slowly but surely turning for the better. Live shrimp fished under popping corks or on jig heads are getting the job done.
