Fishing Biscayne Bay on Sunday was tough to say the least. On the heals of a front that moved through Saturday night we dealt with 20+ MPH winds gusting up to 30 all day. We made the best of it and chose to play the potluck game. Calling it a day around noon we played with plenty of jacks, a 40+ pound spinner shark that graced us with the typical spinner shark jumps and spins, mangrove snappers up to 2lbs, some spooky 30+ inch snooks and a few mystery fish that grabbed our plugs and did their best to strip as much braid off the reels as quickly as possible. I'll be back at it again this week waiting for a break in the wind between the forecasted fronts this week. Until next time, have fun out there!
