Summer Flats Fishing

Flats fishing in Biscayne Bay continues to be productive for bonefish and permit. Jason Joseph from Austin Texas started off the week by catching two 9 lb bonefish and a 10 lb permit.{%image_id=11111%}{%image_id=11115%} Pete and Jeff Lovell from Littleton Colorado caught bonefish and permit. Jeff caught this bonefish on fly.{%image_id=11112%}{%image_id=11114%}Pete with a 23 lb permit.{%image_id=11113%}Jeff and a 26 lb permit. Pete and Jeff also hooked 5 other permit that mysteriously popped off the hook, an extremely rare occurrence.
