Weekends lately have been absolute hell. Saturday was the worst I've ever seen I'm talking every point and island from Crystal River to Homosassa had multiple boats on them. But....fishing has been good. Trout are holding on the deeper flats in good numbers (5-8') Reds are sucking down pinfish and cut bait near the islands. Beginning to see good numbers of scallops out there! Dip netted 8 in 10 minutes of drifting over the flats last week. Hopefully it's a good season...It can't be worse than last year right?! Hope to get out and do the shark/cobia thing if the wind lays down in the next few days but it's not looking good. {%image_id=65453%} {%image_id=65454%} {%image_id=65457%} {%image_id=65458%} {%image_id=65460%} {%image_id=65461%} {%image_id=65462%} {%image_id=65463%} {%image_id=65464%} {%image_id=65465%} {%image_id=65466%} {%image_id=65467%} {%image_id=65468%} {%image_id=65469%} {%image_id=65470%} {%image_id=65471%} {%image_id=65472%}
