Bite the past week has been good. Reds have been pretty consistent at high tide off the mangrove islands. Sight fishing them with a live shrimp on a 1/16 oz jig head. Or doing the bait and wait with cut bait when I have casting impaired clientele. Persistence has been key. Most of them have been slot. Trout have moved out a bit and I've been finding the best numbers in 6-9 foot of water. 1/8oz jig and a gulp shrimp or a doa paddle tail. Incoming tide has been better but we've been getting them pretty steadily. Lots of shorts though. Those 14-14.999 inch trout get annoying. {%image_id=62701%}{%image_id=62706%}{%image_id=62707%}{%image_id=62702%}{%image_id=62700%}{%image_id=62705%}{%image_id=62711%}{%image_id=62712%}{%image_id=62713%}{%image_id=62708%}{%image_id=62703%}{%image_id=62704%}{%image_id=62709%}{%image_id=62714%}
