Reds still at the Destin Bridge

Went out on Monday with my brother to locate some fish for a few trips later this week. Though most anglers are starting to turn to sheepshead around this time we decided to start at the Destin Bridge for big reds with the finger mullet we had just netted in a nearby bay inlet. Nothing was hitting the mullet so we went in the harbor and caught a few medium sized pinfish. Went back to the bridge and dropped one down and within a few seconds of hitting the bottom a 29 inch red nailed it. The next two fish that we brought to the boat were little grouper, 21" and 16". We caught a few more reds after that and then ran out of pinfish. With a little luck we'll find them there in a few days! {%image_id=8129%}
