Estero Bay Report
Estero Bay, florida

February 19, 2015
The fluctuating weather and winds has made the fishing in and around Estero Bay extremely challenging. The winds have created dirty water and the up and down temps has made the fish confused. If anglers can find a bite it will be up around the mangrove islands or oyster bars using shrimp tipped jig heads. Sheepshead have been the target with an occassional redfish with this set-up. Drift the grass flats near deeper water to find some seatrout. Shrimp under a popping cork seems to work best. Anglers will also pick up plenty of catfish with set-up. The fish should go crazy and begin feeding once the temperature warms and the water clears.
Tight Lines,
