Estero Bay Report

The bite in and around Estero Bay is as hot as the weather right now. There are plenty of redfish around the mangrove islands and oyster bars and they will eat just about anything. Pinfish under floats, shrimp on jig heads, or even cut bait on circle hooks. Anlgers will also pick up plenty of snook in and around the same areas. The mangrove snapper bite is of the chain, the problem is getting them big enough to keep. Pompano are around in the deeper water around the passes and bottom bouncing shrimp will work best. {%image_id=61560%}
