It has been pretty dry lately and with some negative low tides, the water levels are low. Recently, I have seen some water as low as its been in a long time. That is definitely a good thing for fishing in the backcountry. With the water temperature being under that magic number for tarpon, we have been concentrating on snook and redfish. There has been plenty around. Once the sun is up we have switched to sight fishing and that has also been very reliable. {%image_id=51783%}{%image_id=51784%}{%image_id=51785%}{%image_id=51786%}{%image_id=51788%}{%image_id=51789%}{%image_id=51790%}{%image_id=51791%} Looks like we might see some tarpon this week, with some warm temperatures coming our way. Here are some pictures from the last couple of weeks. My calendar is filling up for the spring, so give me a call or email for a great day in the Everglades!! All the best, Capt.
