Flamingo Fishing Report

Our winter winds that come with the fronts have definitely been in full force. It has been a windy start to the new year with some chilly days to go with it. The fishing on some days has been really good and other days it has been so-so. We have been fishing alot of lee shorelines trying to stay protected from the wind. Usually a cold winter brings a strong tarpon season. So lets hope thats the case this year! The redfish are around on the flats, it's just a matter of the wind laying down a tad to fish them. When we have, the fishing has been pretty good with lots of shots on redfish and blcak drum. {%image_id=42146%}{%image_id=42145%}{%image_id=42144%}{%image_id=42143%}{%image_id=42142%} The tarpon fishing at night has been pretty solid. It should only get better as we move into the end of February and March. Give me a call to get out on the water. Capt. Jason Sullivan www.RisingTideCharters.com (954)864-0592
