It has been a while since my last report and I wanted to give you a quick update of what is going on in the Everglades. I have been fishing almost everyday and things are now to starting to slow down a little for me. The fishing has been really good, especially the tarpon. We have had a lot rain this summer and I believe tarpon love freshwater. There has been a good number of tarpon in the backcountry and on the coast. We have gotten them on fly and plugs with fish being anywhere between 40lbs-80lbs. The best part of this time of the year is there are lots of fish around and most days you have the entire place to yourself! {%image_id=54907%}{%image_id=54908%}{%image_id=54909%}{%image_id=54910%}{%image_id=54911%} I do have some days open the rest of the summer, so give me a call to get out on the water. All the best, Capt. Jason Sullivan [email protected] www.RisingTideCharters.com (954)864-0592
