The fishing down in the Everglades continues to be pretty darn good. We have had lots of rain so far this summer, which really helps the fishing and the overall health of the Everglades. The summer tarpon fishing has been good with lots of fish in the 30-60lb range. We have had some great days this summer catching them on both fly and plugs. {%image_id=60284%}{%image_id=60283%}{%image_id=60281%}{%image_id=60280%}{%image_id=60279%}{%image_id=60278%}{%image_id=60277%}{%image_id=60275%}{%image_id=60274%} Since we have had such a wet summer so far, the snook fishing has really turned on. The freshwater pushes through the backcountry and really cleans it up. We have caught a ton of smaller snook but have also got into some overslot size snook. This should be the pattern for the next few months. {%image_id=60282%}{%image_id=60276%} I have some open dates over the next few weeks, so give me a call to get out on the water! All the best, Capt.
