Rising Tide Charters Everglades Report

We were able to get out on the water a few days this week despite the wet conditions. The first day, local angler Peter Kocur joined me for a memorable day in the Glades. He worked topwaters all over schools of mullet and was rewarded with some solid redfish and a few nice snook. They were out in full force that day, blowing up his topwater plug almost every cast. We later went inside and jumped close to 10 baby tarpon, while only landing 2. {%image_id=34294%}{%image_id=34291%}{%image_id=34293%}{%image_id=34292%}{%image_id=34296%} The next day, Alex and Annie joined me in the Glades and wanted to try their luck on some tailing redfish. It was the first time they have ever been up on the flats and both were rewarded with catching their first tailing redfish. We had a great morning of redfishing with tailing fish everywhere.
