December 2016 Lady Pamela Fishing Forecast This month marks a real transition from fall to winter weather as more cold fronts make their way through south Florida. These weather changes make for some exciting kite fishing opportunities for sailfish and mahi-mahi offshore Fort Lauderdale. We should see big mahi-mahi and sailfish chasing live goggleyes hanging below the kites with weather changes. The seas may be a little bumpy but for intrepid anglers it is worth dealing with the choppy seas. Big tarpon are moving into the Port Everglades Inlet area and evening trips should produce at least a couple of good bites. We have big jack crevalles and snook also periodically crashing the baits that provide a little extra excitement! We expect the driftfishing to be pretty reliable for lane snappers out around the wrecks in 100 feet of water. The vermilion snapper fishing should be good as well. Come on down to Ft. Lauderdale and let the Lady Pamela crew show you the fishing trip of a lifetime. Tight Lines, Capt. David Ide Lady Pamela 2 Sport Fishing 954-761-8045
