Fishing off Hollywood is Good, But Bait is Tough

Dolphin fishing has been pretty steady , but finding bait has been a bit tougher for several days now. Yesterday we found just a few mullet and decided to start on the reef south by Hollywood Beach in 120'. We put out 2 live mullet on top, and right away, we caught and released a sailfish for Julie Jacques - her first sailfish! {%image_id=35466%} {%image_id=35467%} Afterwards, we decided to go offshore to 800' and found a big log. We succeeded in pulling 4 nice mahi for the log and lost a wahoo. We also managed a dozen tripletail and a few bar jacks. {%image_id=35468%} {%image_id=35469%} Capt.
