Billfish Time The chances of hooking into a billfish right now are pretty high. 3 out of 4 trips are producing Sailfish over the reef if not everyday. The Kingfish bite is not bad either. It's whoever gets to the bait first. Sailfish seem to be first up though because they are traveling on the surface these days as they head south. The Kingfish are staying deeper this time of year but they can be tempted to rise for the occasion. Dolphin are still a good shot over the reef now, fish up to 10 pounds are the average. As the fronts push through these fish are coming in close to feed on large schools of Ballyhoo even in the green water. I have the 26th open to fish and then next week is starting to book up. Please schedule your trips at least a week ahead of time or more in order to get that time slot you need. Check out the pics of our last 3 trips.
