Fort Lauderdale Fishing Mid August

{%image_id=71629%} Fort Lauderdale Charter Fishing report. The last 10 days we've seen very strong currents and beautiful weather Overall. The Fishing on the Reef continues to be good with good consistent Catch of Bonitas, kingfish, Spanish Mackerel and the occasional Wahoo. With the current being as strong as it has been, the bottom, fishing has been very Tough. The Sailfishing on the other hand has been good. With multiple boats catching decent size Sailfish all week long. Along with a mixed bag of Sharks including Hammerheads, Bull, Sharks, and Tiger Sharks. This Summer has had a large amount a Barracuda's around pretty much all season. The offshore mahi-mahi Fishing has gotten a little bit better, but it's still very inconsistent.
