Amberjacks, Sharks and Swordfish The Amberjacks have moved in over the wrecks. We fished 7 wrecks in one day and had a at least one bite from an Amberjack on each wreck. Some really nice Bull Sharks are still eating the Amberjacks we hook on the wrecks. Also we have caught some Hammerheads, Black tips and Spinner sharks on the wrecks. Sunday night we went Swordfishing and the weather was little rough. We plowed our way offshore and put the baits out in the rough waters. Within 2 hours of fishing we caught 2 Swordfish and called it a night. One fish was about 50 lbs and the other was about 80 lbs. Still a great night of Swordfishing but the weather was not ideal. Some nice sized Kings being caught on live bait near the wreck and outer reefs while fishing for Sailfish. The Sailfish have been around but not in any numbers. You will catch one here and one there. Bottom fishing has been excellent for Vermillion snappers around the wrecks and 300’ of water. You need to watch you machine for the markings near the bottom. The have been some Mutton Snappers and Groupers still being caught around the outer reefs and wrecks. Catch-em-up, Captain Kunta
