Fishing is good, but charters are scarce. When we do get out, the fishing has been good. Lots of Bonitos, King Mackerel are all over the reef. Just trolling a 3 ½ drone spoon behind the planer is working great. There were a few Mahi-mahi (Dolphin fish) around the past week. Two weeks before that we couldn’t buy one. The Easterly winds have blown quite a few in close to the reefs. There have been a few Sharks around the wrecks and the Amberjacks are few and far between. The Swordfishing has been excellent. We caught two over 300 lbs last week and released a couple of smaller fish. All the other boats out there have seen plenty of action. All we need now are a few charters. All the kids are back in school and we have the whole ocean and all the fish, all to ourselves. LETS GO FISHING! Catch-em-up, Captain Kunta
