The weather and fishing couldn't be better The Winds has blown in the Mahi-mahi. We have been catching plenty of schoolie Mahi and fish to over 30 lbs. It has been one of the better few weeks of Mahi fishing that we have seen in a few years. We have been catching some nice sized King Mackerel live baiting. King’s from 15 to 35 lbs. Most of the fish are eating Goggle eyes out of the kite, in 120’ to 140’ of water. With the North winds this week, even the Sailfish have been biting. We caught a few doubles this week and a bunch of singles. We have even been catching them trolling! The Sharks are biting baits on the bottom in 350’ of water. Hammerheads, Threshers, Bull Sharks and even a Mako was caught this past week. The wrecks still have a few Amberjacks and a stray grouper or snapper on them. You get a couple of bites one day and none the next day. Overall, the fishing has been great. The Swordfishing has been good and is getting better every week. Tight Lines, The crew of Lady Pamela II
