Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Saltwater Fishing Report

A quick blast from the north brought us a few cooler days and a decent bite offshore. Lots of bait and gamefish the past few days after a good dry spell. It was fun again to go fishing! Scattered Dolphin in close and a fair amount of Kingfish too. We released a large Sailfish yesterday and put a 60 pound Cobia in the the boat. The Bonita are running large and fairly numerous. This can be a great time of year to soak a bait when it all comes together.
