Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Saltwater Fishing Report

We had another shot of cool breeze and it woke the fish up. Yesterday morning produced 3 Sailfish a couple of Kingfish and a Shark. The action kept most boats busy. A few decent size Dolphin were mixed in too. The winds came around hard from the east which is keeping most boats inshore today but as soon as this calms down I expect the action to continue. A long ride isn't needed so most of the time is spent with baits in the water. As we get closer to spring this action should become more common! Captain Ron Mallet www.actionsportfishing.com
