Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Saltwater Fishing Report

The spring action has kicked in. Great weather the last week and great fishing too! The Sailfish are biting steadily. A few each trip, although this can change overnight and usually does once I put it in writing. The Hammerhead Sharks are cruising the surface and putting on a good show. Kingfish are getting larger and a few "smokers" are starting to appear. The Dolphin are further offshore and a bit scattered but those putting in the time during the less crowded weekdays are finding a few when the weather is good.
