Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Saltwater Fishing Report

Made it into the new year. Waiting for the winter to show itself still. We had a good amount of south breeze during the last week that held the fish north. A few Kingfish, Bonita and some nice size Cero Mackerel today, but no Sailfish since last week. They predict a big change starting tomorrow, some north winds, cooler evenings and this should get them swimming south and biting. I will give up the shorts and T shirts for a few jumping Sails!
