Our Ft. Lauderdale Fishing Trips are once again producing some nice fish for our clients. Still large numbers of Bonito on the reefs, traveling through in schools that seem to number in the hundreds right now. Once you find them in a certain depth or on a color change you will see school after school passing through in that area. Some decent gaffer sized Mahi-Mahi here as well and these fish continue to pass through in small schools in the deeper blue colored water. A few Sailfish as well but they have slowed down from previous levels. Good news about some bigger than average sized Kingfish on the reefs. These Kings are holding in water depths ranging from 90 to 200 feet the last couple of days. These are good fish and we are of course pleased to see them here. Live bait will get most of the larger fish, with trolling the deep lines continues getting good action as well, but many of those trolled fish will again be smaller. But not all of them.{%image_id=33073%} Pictured is Beverley with the fish of the day on a half day charter she took with her husband Chuck. This one took a trolled Bonito Strip bait cut by 1st mate Chris and fished on a deep line.

Tight Lines,
